Happy Medium Photo Co. is committed to providing exceptional customer service and quality products. We endeavour to make sure that all customer photographs listed on our website are available for purchase, and that online pricing is true and correct.
Standard delivery is via Australia Post, and timeframes for delivery are within 21 business days; any overseas postage is an additional cost to our standard purchase. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, or a full refund.
Should you not be fully satisfied with the quality of any photograph received we will replace it free of charge or your money will be fully refunded.
If we cannot fulfil your order we will contact you within 2 business days.
All of our prices are in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and services tax) as of January 1, 2017. Our prices for online photograph orders are updated when price changes are received from our suppliers. If you find a cheaper advertised price somewhere else, email or phone us with the details of the supplier together with prices of the services required and we will endeavour to provide you with a more competitive price.
